Sandy MacDougall
President and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. MacDougall began his career as an investment advisor, raising millions of dollars for public and private companies in the resource and high-tech sectors during his 20 years of experience in North American capital markets and the finance industry. In the 1990s, he was instrumental in taking Integrated Business and Services from a TSX Venture Exchange IPO to a national NASDAQ listing. Mr. MacDougall's first foray into management was his appointment as President of Volcanic Metals Exploration Inc. (now Energy Fuels). His diverse skills and experience and large network of contacts are pivotal to building and expanding the Company's assets and profile.

Murray Swales, CA
Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Swales has been involved with public companies and their operating and financial reporting requirements for more than a quarter century, and has served as an officer and/or director of several reporting issuers since 1980. He has diverse business experience, gained as an entrepreneur, as a partner in domestic and international accounting firms, and in senior management positions with various public and private companies.

Mr. LeSage is a former investor advisor with a strong background in public relations and marketing for both public and private companies. He established an extensive network of private and institutional investors during his career and brings to the Company many years of professional experience in business development and corporate finance. Mr. LeSage also serves as a Director of several other public companies in the resource sector, including Veraz Petroleum Ltd. and Alt Energy Ltd.

Carlos Arias
Vice-President of International Projects, Director

Mr. Arias-Eguiguren is an Ecuadorian lawyer specializing in mining law and a former Director of the Ecuadorian Chamber of Mines. He holds a doctorate in law with a Master's degree in international business legal studies (IBLS) from the University of Exeter, United Kingdom, and also holds a diploma in transactional contracts from the International Development Law Institute, Rome, Italy. He served as the General Manager of Aurelian Resources from 2001 to 2004 and as the General Manager of International Sovereign Energy Corp. (Ecuador Branch) from 1999 to the present.

James William (Bill) Morton, M.Sc. (Geology)
Director

Mr. Morton, a professional geologist since 1976, has more than 30 years of diversified technical and managerial experience encompassing all aspects of mineral exploration, from generative to advanced-stage projects. Since 1987, he has served as a Vice-President and Partner of Mincord Exploration Consultants Ltd., a private consulting firm providing new program design and implementation, strategic planning and other exploration-related services to the natural resource sector.

Scott Kent
Director

Mr. Kent is a skilled social communicator and problem-solver whose sales ability and experiences as an active fire-fighter will assist the Company as it develops and implements its Corporate Communications and Shareholder Outreach Programs.
